Implementation Leadership Initiative (ILI) addresses implementation challenges on-site and on-the-job by working with Project Managers to support individuals with implementation responsibilities in the use of tools for operational research in an organisation to assess governance and accountability readiness using PECOGO; using RACERS to document existing capacities and gaps –  in readiness for PLC to assist individuals prepare implementation plans. With the Proman tool, plans can be programmed against allocated budgets for implementation.
